About LevyBoard

LevyBoard is a guided block management platform for volunteer directors of Right to Manage (RTM) companies and Resident Management Companies (RMCs) in England & Wales.

Who it's for

Leaseholders who have taken over management of their block — typically 4 to 30 flats — and suddenly find themselves responsible for service charge budgeting, arrears collection, Section 20 consultations, year-end accounts, and Companies House filings. No property management training required.

Why it exists

Volunteer directors currently manage blocks using inherited spreadsheets, Word templates, and guesswork. Professional block management software starts at £60–195/month and assumes property management expertise. There is nothing affordable and purpose-built for the ~50,000+ RTM/RMC entities across England & Wales — until now.

Leasehold reform is making self-management easier and more common. The Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act 2024 will require standardised service charge demands. Directors need tools that keep pace with these changes.
